This version of the Terms of Service applies to Snap AI artificial intelligence assistant application, including all its versions and platforms (web, mobile, and API access). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute an agreement between MetroMedya Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MetroMedya", "we" or "us") or our affiliates.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should immediately cease using Snap AI and its services.

SOFTWARE

"Software" means all components of Snap AI artificial intelligence assistant, including but not limited to:

• The AI model and its components
• User interface and interaction systems
• Access credentials and secure keys
• Documentation and supporting materials
• Updates, modifications, and improvements

By using this Software, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use Snap AI, subject to compliance with these Terms.

AI-SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NATURE OF AI SERVICES

Snap AI is an advanced artificial intelligence system that:

• Processes natural language inputs to generate human-like responses
• Utilizes machine learning to improve over time
• Protects user privacy by collecting only anonymized data
• Operates within ethical boundaries and safety guidelines

USAGE LIMITATIONS

You agree not to misuse Snap AI by:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer the AI model
• Using Snap AI for illegal activities
• Distributing or copying any part of the Software

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetroMedya Technology Ltd. will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use Snap AI. You agree to use the software at your own risk and to follow all guidelines provided.
